All documents must be sent to us once the form has been completed, via the secure link indicated in the confirmation email.
We then take care of putting them in the correct format to minimise the risk of refusal, you can send them to us in the format of your choice. Minors must provide the same documents as adults.
A colour scan of the passport page showing your date of birth, passport number, etc. (the one used for your trip to Tanzania).
⚠️ Your passport must be valid for at least 1 month from the date of departure from Seychelles. It cannot be an emergency green passport, or a diplomatic passport.
A colour scan of an ID photo that complies with passport photo standards: sharp, with no creases or marks, no overexposure or underexposure. It can be square or rectangular. The passport photo must be recent. The haircut is not important.
Ideally, photos should be more than 350px wide and high. You can take your own photos, as long as you respect the constraints listed.
Reserving your return flights for each traveller. Travellers must travel at the same time for a group application.
If you have not yet purchased your return or onward ticketOnce you have submitted your form, we will offer you an additional service that will enable you to obtain this document.
Proof of accommodation in the name of each traveller. This may be a confirmation of hotel reservation or a accommodation certificatet if you are staying with a private individual.
If you are staying in more than one accommodation, all bookings must correspond to your dates of stay and all confirmations must be provided.
